Performance Enhancement

  • Noteworthy trainings for this quarter include sessions conducted for various welding functions, helping Premier in the ISO 3834-2 and EN 15085-2-CL 1 certification which specifies quality requirements for fusion welding.
  • This is important since Premier's Engineering Division manufactures and supplies heavy fabrication to multinational customers such as WWIL, Regen Power Tech, TBW, Siemens, Alstom, Hyundai Rotem & Lagerwey which involves critical welding activities.
  • The training and certification process was conducted by TUV Rheinland, an internationally renowned and recognized global provider of technical, safety and certification services, and Mr. Dighe, a welding expert.
"Training and development is vital to any organization and Premier takes it extremely seriously. Yet, to reach a leadership position, we need to emphasize the kind of programs we use to improvise performance and productivity," Mr. C.B. Kale, AGM (HR/IR & Admin)
